Description of every page: I already have someone whose developing my website, however, I am not happy with their artistic nor creative capabilities. I am interested in hiring someone to take care of the artwork and making it look attractive.

I already have photos which the designs need to be based around.
As the photos and their rights have already been purchased there actually isn't a lot of work in this for someone with the right level of expertise.
