Apply Changes To Our Magento Site Development

I have outlined below and attached a brief detailing some changes we are looking to apply to our magento platformed site.

We are approaching a couple of Magento developers to quotes for the job

The site url is www.dab-international.com

Attached are a few page snap shots that should help you to understand what changes I want. And a brief descriptive outline has been detailed below

1. The domain name needs to point to a new home page that’s really clean and simple ( see an example (HOME PAGE SPLITTER 1) this acts very much like a the www.hugoboss.com site. There the customer can choose 2 paths. For us this is our a) Luxury Golfing Accessories b) Event Merchandise Management. All suitable images can be supplied
2. When you go into our current site (www.dab-international.com) and position the mouse over the GIFT PACKS & BOX SET menu, this indicates the product categories for that section. These categories eg Box sets, Custom box sets, Tote bags need to be displayed on this layer (called this layer 3) see the attached snap shot LAYER 3 AND LAYER 4. Then from this new layer you can drill down into the eg Tote bags and see the options available ( see again the file LAYER 3 AND LAYER 4).
3. When you then choose a specific product on the final product page. I would like to get the thumbnail images to be larger as shown in the attached file (FINAL PAGE VIEW)
4. Back to the home page on our dab-international site you will see a menu dropdown button called CC PROGRAM, the content on this page simply needs to be re-worked to accommodate some more text. See attached CC PROGRAM PAGE
5. From our new home page (home page splitter) customers need to enter into a new area called DAB EVENT MERCHANDISE MANAGEMENT. This part of the site needs to look and follow a simple and clean format as shown on the following site www.geventm.com . On this part of the site we would need to have a home page, about us, case studies. See some of my page views DAB EVENT MERCHANDISE MANAGEMENT and DAB EVENT MERCHANDISE MANAGEMENT about us .

Hopefully this should help you to understand what we need to change, nothing too taxing or costly
