Adding and modify page on current website

I have studentroom.my and I want to add

1.Fun Stuff

2. Student 101
• Finance
• Education
 University guide> a list of university
 College ( list of college)
 Training (same layout as university)
• Leisure
• Relationship
• Inspiration

• Entrepreneur
• Campus News
3. Jobs ( job listing Page) must have internship and parttime/student job / graduate



I also need to modify the home page. the admin must be able to change tthe homepage slider without touching the code. I also need to add logo for 10 partner at the bottom of the website homepage. .
Add more ads on the home page side bar. Admin must be able to add html code for the ads at the back end.Currently the ads 300x250 block on the homepage is together as (Right side bar) check this at the back end. You have to separate this to 2 separate ad ie homesidebar1 and homesidebar2. Then ad 2 new (125 x 125) ads between facebook fan box and what ons box.

The side bar in the new page.. there must be
• 2 new 300 x 250 ad block.
• 6 of (125 x 125 )ads
• Hot discount box
