A design and CSS skin for an existing web app/site

I have a web app/site I have built which is a boardgame academy - teaching people to play a certain boardgame better. I have designed the functionality of the site in react and bootstrap but I need someone to give it a better design - provide me with the CSS files to make it look much nicer and on brand. I am a terrible designer haha.
Would you be able to develop the SCSS/CSS files for me for my website?
I have uploaded three images here but if we chat I can show you more screenshots. I have a very basic idea of where to start but i am looking for someone with a better eye than me when it comes to design!
