A complete overhaul to Intranet template (Joomla 1.5)

Some requirements and information about the new Template:

• It will be used by a retail company like Intranet;
• It must be developed in Joomla 1.5 platform;
• It must be fluid;
• The most of users uses IE and Firefox navigators;
• The template colors must be according with the company visual identity. It has to be a clean template, with no visual pollution. The template should allow users to read the news clearly.
• The template must be customizable through Joomla’s administrative area, allowing changing the layout according commemorative dates (ig: possibility to modify header, colors, etc.) but without changing the structure;
• Twitter: there must be an area where the users be able to post comments (like Twitter);
• Good ideas and innovation are welcome ...
