2-page site and several pictures

I am working on a site which is dedicated to Lithuanian football (soccer) stadiums, so I need a design for this site.

Project deliverables:
- Design for 2 pages (described below) – no HTML, just image files (cut and optimized for HTML)
- 10-11 web-quality pictures of different stadiums (any style – 3D models, cartoon style, etc; but should be recognizable – I will provide the links to the pictures of these stadiums)
- Site Logo (something like stadium and the text “Mano stadionas”)
- Simple picture for unknown persons (for those users who did not provide a picture) - a silhouette (might be with a question mark) or something similar

First page:
- Header:
o Project logo
o 1-2 lines of text in bigger font
o Some space for optional partner logos
- Main content:
o Stadium pictures (8-11 of them) with short descriptions (stadium name, upcoming match, follower count). Should reflect the popularity (by ordering adding stars or changing size)
- Additional content:
o List of 3-5 most active referrers (photo thumbnail and count of referred users)
o 1-2 news item (small rectangle with 3-5 lines of text)
- Footer
o Just a line of text (copyright, e-mail, link to “About” page)

Second page:
- Header:
o Picture of selected stadium (same as above) and team logo (not part of this project)
o Project logo
- Description:
o Name of the stadium
o Upcomming match, record crowd, follower count (with thumbnails of several followers)
o Detailed information
- Registration part:
o Title (“Choose as my stadium”, in Lithuanian “Tai mano stadionas!”)
o “Login using Facebook” button
o A form with several fields (Name, Password, E-mail, picture upload, checkbox to opt-in for news and a register button)
