2 Newsletters on on Mailchimp with creative design ideas and texting

Design details: based on website www.evacheztoi.com I would like to have two newsletter built, one B2B and one B2C. They can have the same design, but the texting will need to be different.
I want someone who is able to surprise me with a design that suits my website style, yet still is an elegant, nice, estetic newsletter.
