15 Webpages designed based off of Wireframes and existing style

We require the graphic design of 15 Webpages - based off of an existing theme (consisting of font, color and style).

Pages are relatively basic - most complex part is a few tables.

All wireframes EXCEPT the homepages need to be designed (so 14).

There is a current theme already created in adobe illustrator and also exists as a PSD if required - currently as a 1680 wide layout.

Please let me know if you have the capability to perform this job and the fastest timeframe it can be done in!
