10 -12 page site from Dreamweaver

Hi, I require a website to sell my product. I have all images and text can be taken from my other site. must be in dreamweaver so I can edit afterwards. I have already had freelancers say they can do this then stall half way through, because rejigging/editing the text is not as simple as you may think. i have a product that sells well, about 2 per 100 hits, but my current site is losing page rank and position, from 1000 hits a day to under 50!!! in spite of all my editing , seo etc,

So very important the site reaches page 1 on Google for my keywords, there is about 50 other firms in the same business. Will need the site sent to me on a disc and FTP up to my host please

The site does not need any PHP or forms, so just straight forward HTML, XHTML is OK
Please no freebies like wordpress, my space, homestead etc. only new designed dreamweaver 4.0+ OK to use a template from another site you have already made if you feel it suits.
Yes of course it would help if you you could see my other site, but you should know that I\'m unable to post this in the ad!!

I have already built over 100 sites myself so am an intermediate web master, i just would like a fresh approach!!
