I require a logo for a website which is under development. The site will be used by landlords to identify their assets across the UK and as a business planning Tool.
Variouse sizes for Web Page, Business Cards, Letter Header, Leaflets required
The Logo should be sharp & professional. Ideally, a map made out of words, properties (houses), symbals (pound signes and EUROS) , words such as:
"Assets, Houses, Flats, Sheltered, Supported, General Needs, Valuation, Conditon, Risk, Social, Landlords, Contracts, Buildings, Opportunity, Performance, Growth, Development, Energy, Comfort, Home, Environment, and Investment" should be used - proof readt etc. The site is an "Asset Map" which should also be incorporated in the Logo design. The Designer/Author should also acknowledge all rights will pass to the client and the work will not be reproduced/resold elsewhere.
