Unique Logo/Heading for my New Online Magazine.

I need a unique logo/heading for a new online magazine that focuses on creative people and their achievements, in all areas (stage, fashion, photography, craft, literature, beauty, costume etc.) Unfortunately I have a limited budget, but I don't need anything hugely advanced.

It needs to be a heading/logo on a transparent background in order to work on my site theme. I don't want it to be so feminine that it puts off some visitors, but something sophisticated and pretty/creative at the same time would be great.

I realise that, on my budget, it might be too much to ask to have a new font created, but I certainly don't want it to be a recognisable, easily available font; it has to be unique to the new brand I am creating.

I would like to see examples of logos you have created in similar areas to this, and I have attached a screenshot below of the current mockup of the site, with a place holder heading, so that you can get any idea of the look and colour scheme.
