Unique Logo design + 10 second animated video

Extra notes: I'm creating a martial arts/wrestling video download site. I need an abstract logo (thinking of something as simple as a multi-coloured regular shape, maybe a circle, which might be illustrative of a film reel - obviously it must be unique to avoid any possible copyright infringements with existing logos).

I'm not precious about the design - I guess it could be any multi-sided shape - the more sides it has, then the closer it gets to being a circle, but if it's not a circle then my guess is that there is more chance of it being unique.

The logo needs to be something I can easily reproduce on the planned website and on other printed literature using standard office software.

The site is called SR-CLIPS.COM and in addition to using the logo on the site, I am also looking for it to be incorporated into a short animated clip (max 10 seconds), which I will include at the start of each of the videos. I have

Here's what I envisage for the animation... The logo will materialise in the centre of the screen - at about 1/4 screen height. After a couple of seconds, it will move smoothly to the top-left of the screen, shrink in size to about 1/6th screen height and then the word SR-CLIPS will be written out to the right of the logo. Then the screen will fade to black.

Just a few early ideas, but open to suggestions.

I guess the overriding requirement is for it to be simple so as to minimise costs, as the budget is now very tight, so I will consider other options that are presented.

I need to be able to use it without any royalties etc, so I will own full rights to the logo and to the 10 second video clip.

Sound isn't important - I'll be composing and playing my own unique/short piece of music (just a few chords), which I'll superimpose onto the final animation.
