Two brand indentities for start-up clothing retailer

We are looking for a freelancer to create branding and potentially apparel designs for a new start-up business.

We want to create a niche vertical sector brand that will ultimately sit under a parent brand - both of which need designing.

We are right at the beginning of this process and once we have a strong brand identity will be developing the products and then the websites ourselves (we're web developers with a lot of ecommerce experience), so longer term we may also need web designs, apparel designs, advertising material etc etc.

Initially are you able to give me an idea of the cost involved to develop two brands?
