Simple logo design for "White Lights Media"

Extra notes: Hi there, I'm looking for a very simple logo for my company called "White Lights Media," which refers to how in the sport of Powerlifting, a lifter is given up to three white lights for a good lift. It will be used both as a logo for the website and as a simple watermark on photos.

I'd like the logo to be similar to the one I quickly drew up on MS paint. Three circles evenly spaced out, with the text "White" "Lights" "Media" in each of them in black. The text font should be similar to that of the "USA Powerlifting" logo I've uploaded below - a bit italic, bold and strong. Font should all be capitalised (unlike the drafts I made on MS Paint lol)

If possible, I'd like one image with no background, just the blank white circles with no black border; one with a black background (like the uploaded image with a black background); and one with a white background and black borders around the circles (like the other image I uploaded and drew up on paint).
