Simple Logo design and favicon

I would like somebody to design a simple vector logo and favicon for my personal site www.robfleet.me

(The logo will go where the 'Source' logo is currently so a similar size would be good.) I also require a favicon.

I would like the logo to say my name 'Rob Fleet' in black typeface with something extra in blue... (this is where you can be creative) Something similar to the Deloitte logo with the green dot or the Amazon logo with the orange arrow would be good.

I am a Financial Services Consultant so something with a corporate feel. There is more info about me on my website, I would like to convey my brand detailed on the about me page.
