Rework our current logo

We currently have a logo which is liquid metal we wish to change only the bottom part of our logo so that the infinity is slightly elongate so it is the same length as the wording above covered in liquid metal as the wording above and the text currently down the size is made into part of the infinity . we have a few design concepts to give the chosen designer. If you know you cannot use illustrator, photoshop etc correctly, do not understand graphic overlays such as liquid metal. cannot produce this logo graphic in full dpi, and properly scalable from the largest size right down to the smallest size or produce the logo graphic so that it can be used on everything PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. EXAMPKES of the above techniques must be seen.

We would like to receive our logo back in as many different file formats as possible with dpi of 300 and 72 in addition must be usable for web. we will like as many revisions as necessary to get it right for the price and the work must be finished in a maximum of 2 DAYS or we will ask for a refund. We are on a tight schedule and have been messed about by someone on this already
