Refine existing logo as vector artwork + web/print asset pack

We have a concept logo design that we need converting from a low rI have an existing logo and brand identity for The Swinging Club, a UK 18+ social/community platform connecting members, clubs, event hosts and events.
The existing logo was originally created as a raster image and is now being used on a live website. I am happy with the overall identity and do not want a complete rebrand or a radically different logo.
I need a graphic designer to professionally recreate/refine the existing logo as clean vector artwork, correcting geometry, spacing, typography and alignment where appropriate while retaining the recognisable identity.
The logo consists of an interlocking/infinity-style symbol together with the words “The Swinging Club”. I can supply the existing PNG artwork and examples of how it is currently used.
The finished identity needs to work equally well on:
- Website header and footer
- Mobile/responsive layouts
- Favicon/app icon
- Email signatures
- Social media/profile graphics
- Business/promo cards
- A6 flyers
- Website banners for partner clubs
- General professional print material
Required deliverables
I would like a proper master asset pack containing:
- Original editable vector artwork (AI/EPS and SVG)
- Horizontal/full logo
- Symbol/icon only
- Stacked/compact version if appropriate
- Full-colour version
- White/reversed version for dark backgrounds
- Black/single-colour version
- Transparent-background PNG exports at useful web resolutions
- Favicon/app-icon assets
- Print-ready versions suitable for professional CMYK printing
- RGB/web versions
- Colour specifications (HEX, RGB and CMYK)
- Font/typeface identification and/or appropriate licensing information
- Basic spacing/minimum-size guidance
Please ensure that text and geometry are recreated properly as vectors rather than simply embedding or auto-tracing the supplied PNG.
Style/direction
The existing identity uses blue tones and a linked/infinity-style mark. I'd like it to feel modern, confident, discreet and professional rather than overtly sexual or clichéd “adult industry” branding.
The brand needs to be appropriate both for members and for professional relationships with clubs, event hosts and commercial partners.
Small refinements are welcome where they improve the quality of the mark, but I'd like the finished result to remain clearly recognisable as the existing TSC identity.
Ownership
I require full commercial usage rights and the editable source/master files on completion.
I will supply the current logo and visual references with the project.es .png to be used on web and print

I'd prefer a designer experienced in logo/vector production and print preparation, rather than someone primarily selling new logo concepts.
