Professionally remake a website logo

I'm currently in the process of developing a website for a customer and have been giving a logo by the customer they wish to use.

As you can tell by the logo itself, it's really basic and looks as though it's been created in ms paint.

What I would like is someone to take this logo idea and re make a more professional look and feel.

The logo will be used for a construction company so I'm looking for something which looks strong and competent.

Potential partners will take logo, recreate and show me, if I'm overly happy with the logo I will pay £15
