New Logo and Website Style Sheet

We are developing a new website and I am after graphic design support for it.
To start with I would like to commission a logo and a basic css template for H1, Links, body text, background.
I really like www.cadabrapacific.com as a good example. But we will have a different layout. I would like to use the background from this site and the dark blue (we own this too).
The new branda and website is to be FijiAccommodation.Me - I would like to use the font and vibrant yellow to red colours from Fiji Me / Bula Me. You can use any pictures from this gallery also if that adds to the background of the logo.

One we have decided on a new logo/colours we will need icons and other images made up.
If you are keen to suggest H1, Link and other common CSS that would be good also.
Ideally the new logo will fit in 500x100 but could be as big as 750x200 if there are images in the back.
