Need 'makeup awards' logo.unlimited revisions.

Hello,
I require a 'global makeup awards' logo with unlimited revisions. The text needs to read:

GLOBAL MAKEUP AWARDS 2019

I also need the same logo to have the word 'gold' 'silver' and 'shortlisted' on it.

Please see the examples provided for more idea. It could just be a case of adding the word 'gold' 'silver' 'highly commended' and maybe changing the colour of the logo if that works with design.

I want a modern, colourful logo. I would like the colours to be glitter or shiny gloss. (not just one dimensional matt.) The ideas I have are for drips of makeup, or swatches of makeup for the background to the logo.
