Need 2/3 logos created then converted to DST files

I have a small project that needs a few logos/ DST files created to be given to a sports cap company. They need a good quality logo and/or DST file. I would prefer a DST file to be created too so it can used for embroidery on the aforementioned sports caps.

I see the project as two parts:

1. Create logo designs from my brief
I have a couple of images and instructions for this.

2. Turn the logo's into DST files.
