Design details: We're starting work on a service that enables people to register tags which can be keyrings or be attached to luggage and other items that allow lost items to be reunited with their owner. The tags will contain a unique code (probably 6 digits), a QR code (2D barcode) and the company branding and website address. If an item is found, its QR code can be scanned or the unique code entered online and the finder can contact the owner via an online form on the website. The purpose of the service is to provide protection to the owner, so they don't have to display their name or contact details on their tagged items.
The service will be free for anyone to register (at least initially) and tags can be printed by the user or purchased online to be delivered. There might also be tie-ins with businesses who wish to give keyrings or tags out with their branding as well as provide the "found" service.
The job posted here is to:
- Help with a name for the venture. We have some ideas which will be revealed to the winning bidder to use and have input on. We also welcome fresh input.
- Create a logo and branding ideas for the service.
- Design 2 tags - 1 suitable for a keyring, and 1 suitable to go on a suitcase.
- Come up with a basic website design / layout (this doesn't need to be HTML - just a visual design)
All artworks must be supplied at the end of the project in editable formats.
The budget might have flexibility for the right candidate, but we don't have an unlimited amount of funds!
