My logo t made to look more profession and to change RDV to RV

My logo tidied and made to look more profession and to change RDV to RV. It has to be sharper and clearer. I know exactly what i want , I do not need a new design. I just need this design that I attached made tidier, easier to read and changed from RDV to RV. If the colours need to change slightly I do not mind, but I need silver/grey and gold. I would like the logo done in the next 24-48 hours please. Thank you
