Logo upgrade and animation

A few years ago I held a very small home brew beer festival in my back garden and had a friend make me up some logos, my surname is Fitt so it was call Fittfest. I have been talked in to hosting another one later this year, and I did like the logos he created however I am keen to try and improve them by paying for a bit of an upgrade.

What I am after is essentially an upgrade of the logos attached - the most important thing will be for them to be very high resolution so I can print them potentially bus stop ad size without distortion. I am not oppose to having them changed at all as long as they look good! I would like one with a background, one with blank background so I can use it on other backgrounds, and then also a simple black and white version as I have wrist bands created as well for the event which require basic graphics.

What I would really love is some sort of animated GIF or video that could be looped, just simple like maybe the beer is bubbling or flowing from the glass out of screen, or the letters roll in and out of the screen. Just a short video nothing major, and to be honest I am fully open to any ideas if it looks good! I have set the budget on the higher end of logo creation mainly because of the desire to have an animated element as well, however I would not be willing to pay this amount if it was simply the logo creation as I feel I pretty much have what I need it just needs some simple sharpening up.
