Logo refinement and vectorisation

I’m developing a leadership business called ELARIA. I already have the core logo concept — it began as my own hand-drawn sketch — and I’ve since used AI to help visualise how I’d like the finished identity to look.

I’m therefore not looking for a completely new logo concept. What I need is for the existing idea to be professionally redrawn, refined and turned into a clean, original vector identity.

The main symbol is made up of five curved, branch/fan-like elements which open outwards from a common point. I’d like these to feel balanced, elegant and slightly dynamic, with a sense of movement. The five elements use a muted palette moving through dark sage, softer sage/neutral tones and into burgundy.

For the wordmark:

ELARIA should be in uppercase
I want a clean, modern and premium-looking typeface
all letters should use the same consistent type treatment — I don’t want an elongated or stylised “R”
beneath ELARIA there is a fine burgundy dividing line
beneath that, leadership appears in much smaller lowercase text

The two main colour themes are dark sage green and deep burgundy, with a warm ivory/cream neutral. The overall feel I’m aiming for is contemporary, high-quality, professional and warm — sophisticated without feeling overly masculine or feminine.

I would ideally like the final identity supplied in the following versions:

Primary logo on a warm ivory/cream background, with dark sage ELARIA
Reversed version on a dark sage background, with light/ivory ELARIA
Standalone five-element symbol for use as a LinkedIn/social-media profile icon, particularly on a dark sage square
Transparent-background versions
Full-colour and, if possible, simple monochrome/reversed versions

For final files, I would like:

Editable/vector master file — ideally AI and/or EPS
SVG
PDF
High-resolution PNG with transparent background
JPG
RGB and CMYK versions where appropriate
Exact HEX/RGB/CMYK colour references
Details of the font/typeface used and any licensing requirements

If possible, I’d also like a simple one-page mini brand sheet showing the logo variants, colour palette and typography, although I appreciate that may be an additional cost.

One important point: I don’t want the AI visualisation simply auto-traced. I’d like the five curved elements, typography, spacing and proportions to be properly redrawn and refined by you so that the finished logo is professionally constructed and works cleanly at different sizes.

I would also like to confirm that the final artwork can be supplied with full commercial usage rights, including the ability for me to use, adapt and potentially register the finished logo as a trademark in future.

I can send you:

my original hand-drawn concept;
the AI visualisation of the preferred light version;
the dark sage/reversed version; and
the standalone social icon concept.

Could you let me know whether this is something you’d be happy to take on, and whether it would fit within your £60 service or what you would charge for the complete package above?

Many thanks,
