Logo Re-Brand Needed

Extra notes: Attached is the current branding for our site, due to copyright issues we are no longer allowed to use these logos/branding as the previous designer did not check the intellectual property rights to images which were used in the production of the logo... I would like to keep the logo similar in design but I would like 2 sets of samples sent, one which is the original logo re branded and a 2nd logo which is a completely new concept.
