Logo Improvement

I have made a basic logo design for my Youtube Channel which I designed using Adobe, but it still looks as if I designed it on paint. I would like to make improvements on this logo to look more professional. I would like you to stick to the initial design as a foundation, but you may add effects to make it bolder or 3D, or to just generally liven up the design. The logo is 3 letters in black and white, I need one design on a red background and one on a transparent background.
