Logo / Identity & Website

I am looking for a someone who can create an exciting logo and a first stage website. I want to test an idea for a new business but have no identity to launch it. The idea is a professional services business supporting development for individuals, leaders and businesses.

I don't want a standard word based logo - I want something fresh and eye catching, more like a designer brand logo. The designer must also be able to build/offer a standard website template with the new logo and brand colours ready - and one I can build from this base. I can host this but the designer must be able to put online using my domain name The website must be accessible from mobile technology, so no flash technology.
