Logo for new cafe to open

I need a logo that matches the current sign writing on the listed building we occupy, we would also like to have main land mark (old wye bridge chepstow ) watermarked behind the text but only the bridge not the surrounding features if that makes sense. i have attached photos of the existing sign and a picture of the bridge, doesn't need to be this image but does need to be that bridge.
I would like the text same colours as the photo and beneath the word 'Bridge' would like Coffee - Snacks - Ice Cream in a clear dark grey font. too add to the issue i would also like the background to be transparent so we are able to transfer the logo onto photos and coloured web pages without the white fill
