Logo Design (from a mock-up designed by myself)

I need to bring to life a logo I have mocked up. Black and white with a little splash of colour.

I need it delivered as jpg and png. Also need it in a transparent background and in a white background.

As per size, I would like it delivered in three different sizes: large enough so that it can be printed onto a shopper-type bag, smaller (for a website) and smaller again for a Fb profile picture.

I attach the mockup for your information. Of course, the attached needs to be improved as it´s lifeless and, I think, it would benefit from a touch a colour somewhere. Maybe the mask could have some bright purple or fuchsia.
