Logo Design for Print and Web

I am in the process of setting up a new business and need a logo to start to shape my brand identity for a website / packaging.

I am looking for something that is:

. unique and memorable
. professional
. file for print and web in .ai format
. sizeable (for promotional stands etc)
. will be used on packaging
