Our main product is salt beef, which we brine ourselves using local rare breed beef. From this we make Reuben sandwiches which we sell from our market stall.

Hence the name = Reubenesque. Rubenesque means voluptuous / full figured and if you eat enough of our sandwiches you will certain,y not be slim. It's a play on words.

Our target market and demographic are well educated, cultured foodies who don't mind paying more for high quality produce with good provenance.
