Logo design for new company

I am looking for someone to come up with a design for the logo of a new company and deliver the necessary images files (so that we can later use them on the web site, letterhead and business cards).

I will need to approve the concept first before proceeding with polishing up the design and would prefer to be presented with a 3-4 different options to choose from. The company will be operating in the construction industry.
