Logo design for amateur orchestra

Looking to refresh the branding of the London Incidental Orchestra starting with our logo.

I made our current logo in Microsoft word, 8 years ago, in a hurry and it's all a bit corporate.

Looking for something that reflects the fact we are:
- musical
- energetic
- fun

Would need a variety of assets for our website, for social, for 1:1 ratio profile pics.

Not sure on budget as we don't have the budget required for a rebrand/brand refresh but can't help but feel there are better logo options out there.
