Logo design - community magazine - Art Deco Inspiration

Hi all,

I'm creating a magazine for the local community with new and upcoming writers. The title of the magazine is 'Braw' with the tagline 'Glasgow's first Brawsheet zine'

I'm looking for a logo that would sum up the above. For those not familiar with scots language the definition of Braw is:

1. Fine; splendid.
2. Dressed in a fine or showy manner.

Sorry that this isn't much in terms of payment but hopefully in the future we can strike up some other jobs in terms of branding.

What we'd quite like for the logo is something Art Deco-y following from examples here:
