Logo Design

I need a logo and also an image that will be the background for a website.

I have a sample image see attached, I want the logo to look similar to this sample image but more suitable for the web. I also want the logo in high res were I can put it on t-shirts, clothes and also for letter heads and business cards.

I don't need the eyelashes, I only need the inside of the eye. Where there are buildings can that can be changed to cars.
Also can you add the recycle sign into the middle of the eyeball. Can you also feather the outside of the iris.
I want the logo to also be the background of a website so I need it in a large format.

I want to have the concept of looking into an eyeball and still seeing cars and the recycle signs. I want the concept to be seeing the future of scrap cars and recycling.
