Logo design

I need a logo deigned for an off road rc track. if you dont know what an off road rc car looks like google hpi baja or X-ray 8th off road that should give you an idea. we have an idea of the car bursting out of the CORNISH flag. we dont have a name yet so that can be added later as it should be decided this weekend. I will need the logo in esp, jepg and web formats. looking for not over the top but not basic. deadline is asap. thanks
