Logo Concepts - Freediving company

I have a client who is launching a new free diving company. She is looking for a logo design which is quite clever and has meaning behind it. For this project I would accept either computer generate artwork or pencil / marker sketches to present back to the client.

I have attached an example of the Dahab Freedivers logo which the client likes and she said she liked how the negative space created another fish and also the arrows represented movement from left to right (as per swimming in a pool).

The logo must be:
• An icon / symbol that could be printed on marketing materials and clothing - no wording.
• Eyecatching
• Simple / minimal - just an icon
• Cleverly designed (maybe include negative space?)

The logo must not:
• Include any wording
• Be too complex
• MUST NOT include any silhouettes of divers or mermaid tails

The company name will be Inspire, a play on breathing so this could useful in the idea process.

Ideally I would need this back by the end of the week.

If you could provide an example of any previous experience like this it would be beneficial to me placing this job.
