Logo, banner with logo, and powerpoint templates.

My current project is a medical education company called MDFrontier

The initial focus will be on teaching personal finance affordably and efficiently to medical students and young doctors in training. The material and idea will sell the project to my prospective clients more than an overly fancy design for these items, so something simple and professional should be fine.

I need a logo around this theme and name.
I need a banner for a website with this theme and name.
I need powerpoint template slides for lectures about finance for physicians with similar theme and name.

However, I dont want the powerpoint to overemphasize the company name/logo so the title slide would be a place for that and then the slides should just have similar colors and financial theme. Physicians are always worried about "sales jobs" in that they want unbiased information. I am selling them education not anything else so I want the slides to focus on education not on my company.
So for powerpoint templates I want 1 title slide, 1 ending slide, 1 subsection slide + 5 layouts slides.

Please provide me with a bid including stepwise milestones for payments with estimated time for performance.  I would need this completed within 5-10 days, and I will be quite quick to turnaround comments/suggestions during the process.
In the past, I have had some vendors try to repeatedly contact me while I am choosing.  Your time is valuable, and I tend to choose people to work with who are not overly aggressive in their responses.
