Extra notes: I want to create a logo which looks like it might belong to part of a UK government department. This fictitious department/agency monitors the flags of terrorist organisations (specifically the flags of organisations on the UK Government's list of proscribed organisations). The provisional name of the 'department' is 'The Proscribed Flag Database'
