Logo and web page background

Hi. I have £22 to spend. I need a nice simple logo for a new online shop called The Elsie Collection. Also need a nice background to use with it on the web (mobile and desktop). Shop will be selling home decor such as coasters, wall art, artificial flowers, serving trays, nursery. See my attempt attached using one of the free online tools - am hopeful of much better and not something that looks like I could do myself on one of those tools. Note that website will be hosted using WordPress if that helps. Logo should be simple and elegant.
