Logo and brand guidelines, adapted from an existing logo

I have an established business with a brand and I am looking to adapt the brand to a travel business. I would like the brand to adapted as a 'travel caterpillar' as a logo to support an on-line travel agency business. I was thinking wrapping him around the world may be?? Also needs to be a different colour scheme.

The business is called Travel Caterpillar - please keep fonts as per the attached brand guidlines but change the colour scheme.

In summary, I require a logo in all formats and file types (jpeg, png etc). Logo's for use on all types of social media and printed formats + updated brand guidelines with exact colour scheme.
