Logo and all other stationary

I need an original logo designed (not from an image library) for my company Letserve, we provide heating, plumbing, and electrical work to the lettings industry, and homeowners. I want something sophisticated yet simple.
We will need all the usual items such as web banners, business card templates, letterheads, email footer, compliment slips and all file types so we can edit these ourselves
