I want a new logo designed for my business

Hello, I have a business called VAG Doctor Ltd - Volkswagen Group Specialists, I currently have an image on my front counter which I have attached a pic of on here, its of a mad doctor with a stethoscope, I would like some sort of variation of that mad doctor please with a stethoscope and a spanner in his hand, can you make it to have some similarities with myself and have the black hair and bright blue eyes please, I would like the colours to be Blue for VW, Silver for Audi, Red for SEAT and Green for Skoda please. I want it to be fresh and stand out and be abit mad/crazy looking like the one I have now, also can you put in the name badge VAG DOC please. If you need to know anything else let me know.
