I need someone to design header logos and to revamp my TwentyFourteen theme

Extra notes: Hi, thanks for considering my assignment! For my website on 3D printing news (read: my blog) I would to have the graphics of the site majorly professionalised. I want to outgrow the blog-status, and I need your help. What do I need:

A new logo
This logo must be mainly text (ABSPlastic.eu (see how I'm already struggling here with capitals)), with a subtle decal or image that must be the main recognition of the brand. This decal or image must be used for making a professional looking profile picture for the social media sites. I'm thinking maybe a reel of 3d printing plastic for this image/decal, but whatever it becomes I want it to become very characteristic for the brand.
I won't bother you with other meaningless suggestions, as it is obvious this logo design is where I need your creativity the most. The rest is fairly straight-forward.

Below the logo (same image though) I want to display the slogan ("The 3D Printing HUB"), also in stylized text. I want it to be a litter bigger than the current 'logo' (see website). I'm thinking 500x100px on-screen (is that a correct term of use?)(That is for logo and slogan combined in one image)

Additional graphics
The logo and the decal must be adapted so they can be used for the social media. This includes a profile picture and background image for the following social sites:
Facebook
Twitter
Google+
Pinterest

Of course these profile pictures and background images can all be the same, but if you know of any site that like to have their graphics handed to them in a specific format, I'd appreciate it if you'd adapt the graphics accordingly.

Additional graphics continued:
Favicon; use the decal/image from the logo for this
Sidebar left and the top bar (they're now black): I need these bars to blend in more with the newly designed logo. The rest of the page (including the right widget area) I would like to keep it as is.

Finally, I would like you to take a look at the (desktop) website and give me some feedback on how the design is now and if you have ideas for improvement, please let me know (fonts, colors, etc?). I also need (to be pointed to) some instructions on how to implement the new theme graphics.

I don't have a budget set, I'm looking for a professional result. It would be great if you could show me some of your work you've done on wordpress sites. If I've missed anything, don't hesitate to ask in the clarification board. I'll respond asap.
