I need my existing compnay logo re-worked to create a new logo for a new trading arm

Information for the business: We are a team of consultants within adult education
Industry: Education
Brand name/slogan in logo: Skills Consultants (Current) Skills Office (New)
Ideas for the visual style: Looking for the existing logo to have the colours inverted or changed but have the same design concept. Then looking for a 'plain' logo (just the outline shape and tick) to be used in different bright colours to denote 8 different products.

We used a seller on PPH to design our company logo in Aug 14. Unfortunately he is no longer a member here so I only have the logo in certain file formats. I need someone to be able to use the existing logo to create a new logo for a new trading arm. Essentially this will take the existing logo and change/swap/invert the colours. We also require the basic shape and main content of the logo (the tick) to be produced in a number of different colour formats distinguishing the different products within the range on offer.
