I need a special logo for my web site!

Ideas for the visual style: Flashy. But must blend in with site.
Extra notes: I need a really nice logo for the top of my web site. The one I have now is a little plain. I need one that stands out, yet blends in with my site. Please take a look at my site and the top logo banner. Right now it is 900X200. I need one a little shorter in height. Possibly 900X150 or 900X125. Please look and shoot some idea's my way. I don't have a large budget. So I am hoping to get a bid within my budget. I have a lot of sites that need banners & logo's. So if I like your work. I will have plenty of it for you.

Maybe add words like: Daily updates from the hottest TV shows, Funniest videos on the Net, Videos uncensored - We tell it like it is, (The Best in TV, Movie trailers, News & more!)
