I need a simple logo

I would like a logo for my small heating company. The company is called Emerald Heating. So i was thinking of a logo which has got an emerald like the one attached here with rays like those from the sun coming from it. The emerald should be green and the rays can either be the same colour as those from the sun or red depending on what is more colourful. The words Emerald Heating should be on the side of the emerald and rays. The words should be one on top of the other and should be in capitals. The whole background should be black.
