I need a pretty logo - quick

I hope to set up a small business soon and therefore need a logo. I have designed it the way it the way I want it to look so just need it in a few formats. Of course, any touch you can add to it as a designer will be most welcome. It needs to be sharp and sleek but minimalist.

I need three files containing:

a. the brand sign - A simple design (see attached for a guide). The image in the centre will be different and I don't need the scalloped edges.
b. the brand name - basically just text in a pretty font (Parisish) which I have already done
c. Both brand sign and brand name together

Format:
So from what I understand, I require two different formats for print and web usage. Please let me know what formats you will be providing for each of these purposes.

Sizes:
It would be great to have varying sizes (e.g. small, medium, large, extra large) of the aforementioned deliverables.
