I need a logo designed and have a very clear brief

Information for the business: We are a UK re-seller of rare, retro, vintage fishing reels
Type of logo: Emblem
Brand name/slogan in logo: Cult Classic Reels
Ideas for the visual style: Attached and explained
Extra notes: I would like a design with the same colours to that of the attached image of a reel spool and with a similar or identical visual style, as a way of creating recognition with the products that we are selling. The colours, red and black (and in some cases the very lightly coloured gold) are very typical of the products that we get in and logo style I've have shown is too and has a kind of 'old school' retro feel to it in itself.

I guess I'd like to see a very obvious design to begin with, that almost mimics the attached, with the words replaced with our own and then some further ideas using the same colours and visual style that a prospective buyer would almost be familiar with, without realising, if that makes sense? You know the way that osme new companies, use elements of an existing brand to benefit from an existing recognition?

Also useful to note, we will be putting this logo along side someone else's existing logo in some cases as we are forming a collaboration to create some cotton bags for the reels and I have attached an example of that logo too (heritage ltd edition). So also worth considering, something that would sit nicely beside this and complimentary to it.

Another point to note is that once this brand and small business is up and running, selling reels and associated products, we would like to expand it and begin to create some other closely related fishing items, clothing perhaps and things like that, but in this instance I would envisage a slightly adapted logo where we would want to drop the word 'reels' and just have 'cult classics'. This is useful to know when designing, as I envisage the words 'cult classic' being the dominating words, with 'reels' being lesser........whether that be in size, position or colour.
